How to enter a property
To enter a property into our next Auction Sale, you must complete our 'instructions to proceed' available from our office. These include the Owner(s) full name and address, the property address, the date of auction sale, the Guide Price, the Solicitors details, and an administration fee of £250.00 + VAT.
Your Solicitor will be required to prepare the requesite contract and legal pack ready for inspection prior to the auction. Once these documents are in place, the property will be marketed for sale by auction. A Board will be erected and the marketing will commence. We would advise a minimum of 8-10 weeks marketing. This will obviously depend on the type of property or land to be sold.
If the Lot is successfully sold in the auction a 10% deposit will be payable by the purchaser as well as signing the legal contract (Exchange of contracts). Completion will usually be 28 days after the sale. Our fees will be a commission of the achieved sale price.
